Dr. Stephanie Eubank is the Founder and CEO of Wicked B of the West Business Consulting, a consulting practice dedicated to helping organizations build innovative, inclusive, and future-ready workplaces. As a researcher, author, business consultant, and university lecturer, Dr. Eubank combines academic rigor with more than two decades of executive, operational, and workforce development experience across the financial, nonprofit, and higher education sectors.
Her work focuses on the intersection of leadership, remote work, organizational behavior, workforce development, accessibility, and operations management. Drawing from her extensive industry background and doctoral research, Dr. Eubank helps organizations navigate complex workplace challenges by designing systems that improve productivity, employee engagement, inclusion, and long-term organizational resilience.

Dr. Eubank earned her Doctor of Business Administration in Strategy, Leadership, and Innovation from Concordia University Chicago, where her dissertation, The Double-Edged Sword: A Study in Remote Work From the Perspectives of Leadership and Followership on the Topics of Communication, Team Design, and Productivity, examined how leaders and employees experience remote work and the organizational factors that influence effectiveness across workplace modalities. Her research contributes to the growing body of scholarship surrounding workplace flexibility, communication, productivity, and team dynamics in the modern workforce.
A passionate advocate for evidence-based leadership, Dr. Eubank’s philosophy is grounded in Theory Y leadership principles, emphasizing trust, empowerment, autonomy, and employee development. She believes organizations achieve their greatest success when leaders create environments where people are trusted to innovate, collaborate, and perform at their highest potential. This philosophy informs her consulting work in remote leadership development, organizational design, and workforce transformation.
In addition to her consulting practice, Dr. Eubank serves as a Business Lecturer within the California State University system, where she teaches Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Lean Operations, Leadership, and Project Management. She has developed innovative experiential-learning initiatives, including the internationally recognized Steinbeck Project, a partnership connecting students with operational leaders and real-world business challenges through collaboration with E. & J. Gallo.
