Dr. Stephanie Diana Eubank is the founder and principal consultant of Wicked B of the West Business Consulting, a firm dedicated to designing inclusive, future-ready workplaces through strategic innovation, remote leadership development, and systems transformation. With over 20 years of experience in the financial and higher education sectors, Dr. Eubank brings a research-driven, people-centered approach to organizational consulting.

Her leadership philosophy is rooted in Theory Y, which emphasizes trust, autonomy, and the belief that employees are intrinsically motivated to grow and contribute meaningfully. This perspective informs her work in remote leadership, where she helps organizations cultivate empowered, self-directed teams across distributed environments.

Dr. Eubank holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Concordia University Chicago, with a research focus on remote work and leadership using mixed-method methodologies. She has led extensive business research initiatives, including UX and workforce development studies, and has published on operational management, diversity and inclusion, and modality shifts in the workplace. Her textbook on operations management, developed in partnership with Cognella, reflects her commitment to bridging academic insight with practical application.
